A list of meals I used for the Ketosis Diet

Meal 1
4x Bacon Rashers
6x Egg Whites (1 yolk) Scrambled
Meal 2
1x Turkey Steak
30g Mature Cheese
1x Cup of lettuce
1/2 cup of rocket
50g cucumber
 
Snack
2x Table Spoons Of Peanut Butter
 
Meal 3
1x Chicken Breast (seasoned with powders)
30g crushed almonds (cooked on the chicken)
30g cheese
1x cup of mixed salad
 
Meal 4
1x Duck Breast
20g Cashew Nuts
1x Avocado
 
Meal 5
1x Turkey Steak
30g Mature Cheese
1x Cup of lettuce
1/2 cup of rocket
50g cucumber
